Rob Pearson, a baritone, joined Ten and Change in October 2001. Formerly
a member of Amherst's DQ (Double Quartet), he now teaches for children
of special needs, having completed his Master's in Special Education at
Hunter College, following a lengthy career in theatrical production. When
not singing or teaching, he also assists a Broadway producer, enjoys jazz
brunch and the Met roof garden in the Fall, collects wealthy divorcees,
and practices the kazoo. His serious interests include disability rights
and the role the media plays in contributing to stereotypes of persons
with disabilities.
